Returns and Refunds Policy

1. If you have purchased a downloadable product, such as an ebook, an email training course, or an online manual, you are entitled to a money-back guarantee of satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the downloadable product within the first 30 days you are entitled to a 100% refund.  

2. Refunds are not provided for downloadable products more than 30 days after you have paid for the item.  

3. Downloadable products for which refunds have been made should be deleted from your computer and any backups you have made.  

4. Non-downloadable products, such as consultancy, training course and workshops cannot be refunded or returned.  

5. If you are dissatisfied in any way with a non-downloadable product and we cannot agree a mutually acceptable settlement, we will appoint a third-party arbitrator acceptable to both parties to settle the dispute. Both parties agree that the decision of the arbitrator will be final.

 

Shopping Cart

1. Our e-commerce facilities are provided by Marketers Choice, a version of 1-Shopping Cart.

2. Any difficulties you have with the shopping cart facility itself should be referred to 1-Shopping Cart at billing@1shoppingcart.com.  However, we will do our best to help you if you have difficulties.

3. The shopping cart order pages allow you to cancel your order and clear your cart prior to making any purchases if you change your mind.

4. The shopping cart installs cookies on your computer in order to maintain your order. You can delete these cookies, if you wish, after ordering and paying. See also our Privacy Policy.

 

Pricing

 1. All prices are correct and up to date on the web site you visited.

2. You only pay the price you see, plus any Value Added Tax (where appropriate).

3. There are no "hidden extras" or additional fees, other than those quoted for the product or service you are ordering.

4. Payments may be made in British Pounds (Sterling), Euros, or US Dollars only.
